Note 1. All .au domains require two year registration. We recommend that we look after the Domain registration for you as this relieves the club of the issues regularly occurring with registration renewal. We will also keep track of who has the necessary details.
Note 2. As of the 1st January 2012 any club taking up this offer will be required to use the WordPress template as supplied.
Note 3. It is the responsibility of each club to add their own content to the website. However I will provide assistance if required dependent on my availability at the time.
The primary objective of any club website is to inform the public on:
- What Toastmasters can do for them
- What Toastmasters International is about
- How to contact the Club
- When and where meetings are held
- Any other vital information relevant to the public.

Why use the new Toastmasters International brand?
The reason for having club websites compliant with the new Toastmasters is the same reason any other organisation has a consistent brand image in that it is immediately recognisable.
No matter where you go in the world one can immediately recognise McDonalds, KFC, Canon, Aldi and Ikea just to name a few we are all familiar with in Australia. Foremost Communications has hosted the web site and mailing list for Chatswood Early Risers Toastmasters club since 2005. We have been very pleased with the value of service we receive from Alan and the cost-effective domain registration and web hosting. The SmartMail system used for hosting the mailing lists and special email addresses is easy to maintain through a web interface and has proved most effective.
